What this site is

This site describes the services of Jubilee Heights, a property advisory in Dubai, and shows how the firm presents an evaluation. The properties, figures, memo and statement on it are illustrative examples of that work.

What it is not

Nothing on this site is an offer, an invitation to invest, investment advice or a forecast of returns. The risk disclosure says what the figures are and how they are dated; the regulatory information page says what is awaited before anything here can be read as regulated.

Do not rely on anything here to decide on a purchase. Every figure carries the date and basis it was produced on and may change after that date.

How the firm works

The firm’s services, whether an evaluation of a particular property, a consultation, or ownership services, are provided under a separate written engagement agreed with the client. This site is not that engagement.
