Privacy
What this site collects, what you may choose to give it, and what stays on your own device.
What the site collects
Nothing, by itself. The site is a set of pages built once and served as files. It loads no analytics script and sets no cookie of its own.
The files are served by Firebase Hosting through the Cloudflare network. Each of them may log requests as part of serving them, and each may set cookies of its own for its own service. The firm does not control that logging or those cookies; the privacy notices of Google and Cloudflare govern them.
What you may choose to give
Two forms ask for something: the enquiry form and the guide form. Between them they ask for your name, your email address, a telephone number if you give one, your time zone, a message, the name of your firm on a partner enquiry, and the property an evaluation is about. The objective you chose on the site travels with a consultation request.
Today neither form is connected to anything. Nothing you type is sent or stored by the site, and the form tells you so when you press send, offering the same enquiry as an email instead.
Once the forms are connected, what you give will be used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. There is no list and no marketing.
What stays in your browser
The objective you choose and the properties you shortlist for comparison are kept in your browser’s session storage, on your own device. They are never sent anywhere, and they are cleared when the tab closes.
Writing to the firm’s address, whether from a link on the site or from the form’s email option, opens your own email application. The message travels through your email provider and arrives in the firm’s mailbox, under whatever terms those two services set.

Something to ask before you write?
The enquiry page says what happens to what you send.
