About Jubilee Heights

Jubilee Heights is an investment-led property advisory in Dubai. We start from what the money has to do, screen the market against it, and evaluate a small number of properties in depth, each through the same seven checks. After the purchase, the person who evaluated the property is the person you deal with: One Relationship, from the first conversation to the years you own it.

Contact of record

Director

Three principles.

Each one, as what we do.

  1. 01

    Understanding priorities

    Your priorities first.

We start from what the money has to do, and a property that cannot do it is set aside, however good the brochure.

  2. 02

    Explaining reasoning

    Reasoning made clear.

Every figure carries its date, its basis and how well evidenced it is; the memo says what has to be true for the case to hold.

  3. 03

    Remaining accountable

    A consistent point of contact.

A named person signs each review; the same person is the point of contact before the purchase and afterwards.

How we work with you.

The relationship in four steps, and what we hold ourselves to along the way.

  1. 01

    A consultation

We start with the objective, the horizon and the constraints. Nothing is put in front of you until that is clear.

  2. 02

    An evaluation

A property that could do it is taken through the seven checks. The result is a memo: the facts, the income, the developer and the market, three scenarios, the named risks, how well evidenced the figures are, and a signed view.

  3. 03

    The decision

The decision is yours. The memo says the objectives it does not serve and what would make us revisit it.

  4. 04

    Ownership, agreed separately

After the purchase, support with the property is agreed separately, in writing.

What we hold ourselves to

  • How well evidenced, in a word.

Each figure carries a word for how well evidenced it is: limited, moderate or high, so a reader knows how much weight it will bear.

  • Nothing here is an offer or advice.

Every property and figure on this site is illustrative and is published to show how we present an evaluation. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to invest, investment advice or a forecast of returns.

Regulatory information

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what the money has to do. We will say whether we can help, and what an evaluation would look at.
