After the purchase
Ownership services
Letting, upkeep, rent and reporting for a property you own or are buying, from the same person who evaluated it.

Four things looked after.
Choose one to see what it covers, and an example of what that means in a month.
Agreed separatelyOwnership services are a separate engagement, agreed after the purchase, in writing. The agreement sets out what is covered for your property; fees and terms are in it, not on this site.

Handover and keys
The engagement begins where the purchase ends.
What it covers
The same person
The person who evaluated the property is the person you deal with from handover on.
The documents kept together
The documents the purchase produced are kept together from that day.
Set out in the agreement
What handover involves for a given property is set out in the agreement.
Illustrative example
The documents the purchase produced, kept together from the day of handover: the title, the lease, the service-charge budget and the invoices, sent when you ask.

Letting and tenancy
The property let, the lease looked after, and the rent collected as it falls due.
What it covers
Tenancy
The letting, the lease, renewals and the notices that go with them.
Rent collection
Instalments collected as they fall due and paid on to you.
Illustrative example
August 2026, an illustrative one-bedroom in Business Bay: rent received USD 2,557(AED 9,392), the monthly instalment of a lease at USD 30,688(AED 112,700) a year. The tenancy is a corporate lease with one occupant, 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027; the renewal notice is due on 1 November 2026.

Upkeep and repairs
What needs doing, done by someone instructed to do it, and checked before it is paid.
What it covers
Maintenance
Requests raised, contractors instructed, the work checked and invoiced.
Illustrative example
August 2026, the same apartment: the annual service of the air-conditioning, completed on 14 August, checked and invoiced at USD 95(AED 350). No open requests at the end of the month.

Owner updates
What you are sent each period, and what is kept for you and sent on request.
What it covers
Owner reporting
A statement like the one beside this, every month: rent, charges, net payment.
Documents
Title, lease, service-charge budgets and invoices, kept together and sent on request.
Illustrative example

Who this is for
Owners who are not in Dubai
The property is looked after by someone who is here when you are not.
Owners who want the documents in one place
Title, lease, service-charge budgets and invoices, kept together and sent when you ask.
Owners with more than one property
One view across several properties, not separate correspondence for each.
Ask about ownership services
Say what the property is and what you need looked after. The form asks for your time zone so a call can be suggested.
A property you own, or one you are buying.
Either way the conversation starts the same way. If the purchase has not happened yet, the evaluation comes first.
