How we work together
- An introductionYou tell us who the client is or what the stock is, with the client's consent where a client is involved.
- The same seven checksAnything put forward is evaluated exactly as anything else is. Nothing is skipped because it came through a partner. Property facts, Financial analysis, Developer and market, Scenario testing, Risk assessment, Data confidence, Management review.
- Our written view, to the clientA dated memo in the client's name, with the basis of every figure and the name of the person who reviewed it. It says what we found, including where that goes against the case for the property.
- The client's decisionIt is theirs. The memo is our view and is presented as nothing more.
Responsibilities
- The partner provides
- The accuracy of what is put forward, and the client's consent to the introduction.
- We evaluate
- The evaluation, the dated figures with their basis, and the named review.
- The client decides
- The decision. It is theirs, taken on our written view and whatever else they weigh.
Terms
Referral terms, commissions and exclusivity are not published on this site. They are agreed in writing for each engagement.
The view we write is ours and is written for the client. The decision is the client's.
